Sometimes dreams come true even for me and many people may laugh at the thought that a jumper could become a dream, but since I saw it one year ago I started dreaming about it, searching pictures of this jumper through the internet, comparing prices and delivery options. I even bought a few other sweaters with hearts on them, but they could not fill the whole.

Finally I decided to make the next big step and proceed with purchase….

I ordered it from Australia and every morning while drinking my coffee I tracked the status of the order. For 7 days it showed the same status with location Australia. I was not very worried because I chose standard shipping and this takes a while.

This Monday started for me like usual Monday. I woke up not too very excited about going back to work; I prepared my coffee and checked the status of the order. It showed once more that it was in Australia and I went through my day.

Imagine the surprise when later that day the courier came to the office and brought the packet. It was the happiest time!
We were united in the end, me and the Wildfox jumper!

What cosmetics I bring with me at the office?

Oh, my office space <3 <3<3! Kidding! Do not imagine it pretty, clean and in pink, because it is actually dusty, with lots of completely written paper sheets, old, over-used leather notebooks and broken pens with no more ink in them.

There was a time when I was trying to make it more shiny and happy, but work is not a happy place for me.
I arrive there and try to be positive, try to be with the right attitude and do the best I can, but nevertheless, it is very stressful and busy time. There are times when I do not have lunch and I get up of the chair just for a minute or two and then come back and that's it for the whole 8 hours.

"So...when do you have time for make up?"- Many of you may ask. My answer to this question is simple:
I find time because I arrive 5 or 10 minutes earlier. I have this constant fear that I may be late and I always leave very early for the bus in the morning.

And because I do not have enough time at home I bring a little make up with me in the office.
Here is the list:
  1. Maybelline dream Fresh BB cream
  2. Manhattan clearface  compact powder
  3. Golden Rose True Kohl black pencil
  4. Maybelline The Rocket
  5. Avon face brush
  6. Mood Roxanne  eau de toilette

Studying before buying

I believe in "less is more" concept or KISS ( keep it simple stupid) and these sayings could not be more true than when talking about make-up.

In a perfect world in which I am not living, having plenty of creams, eye gels, serums would be "no problemo", but when you are stressed, over-worked and tired to death, following 10 beauty steps every morning and every night would happen just twice and then you may forget about it.

My limited monthly budget also does not allow me to spend lots of money on products which I will later  regret buying either because of their quality or because they do not suit my skin, my regime, my lifestyle....Therefore, what helps me find good product for my skin is... studying.
STUDYING the information which is already available in the Internet, shared by people like me who like to comment on their beauty products.Their smart comments and suggestions often show me the true path to finding the product which would suit me as well.

What I learned from college is that information is free, it is available, it is limitless and the way to make it useful for you is to know where to search for it and what questions to ask.
One source of information could be your friends, but when their not interested in beauty products like mine I had no choice but to turn to the beauty community in internet.
First I started by typing the name of the product in Google and checking different blogs and YouTube vlogs and then after a period of time I found myself returning to this specific person, to this specific blog.

STUDYING the product before buying has helped me a lot making less mistakes in my purchases, choosing the products that would suit me best and preventing me from buying a lot of unnecessary cosmetics.

How to look young and naturally beautiful?

Since I am in my late twenties taking care of the skin is becoming more and more important.
I am living not the healthiest of lives, because Sofia is dirty as every capital in the world is and also stressful I work in a call center and… well...we all know what that job could be like.
My New Year’s resolution was to start doing something nourishing for my skin and this blog I hope would help me keep the promise I gave to myself.
The more you take care of your skin, the less make up you need to use and the less make up you use, the more natural your look is.
It is a very simple and well known equation, but genius is often hidden in the simplest things.

My beauty routine in the morning consists of 5 simple steps at the moment:

1. I wash my face with cold water and for extra freshness I use the Bioderma micellar water.
2. This step is followed by the Bioderma sensibio eye contour gel which is amazing and I really hope that it will do its magic and help me fight with the wrinkles around the eye area.
3. My skin has a tendency to be oily and I skip the face cream. Instead I prefer to use bb cream which is a cream that protects from the sun because of the SPF and gives just enough coverage to even out the skin tone. I love it because you don't look like wearing a mask which will melt down all the way to your clothes and computer desk throughout the day.
4. I have always used only one powder - Manhattan antibacterial powder and I am always very satisfied with the results. I use just a little bit on my nose and forehead.
5. Usually for work I prefer to keep it simple and I add a little mascara

In the evening my regime is again simple and easy to follow.

1. I remove the eye make-up with the micellar water because this is the only product which does not irritate my eyes.
2. The second step is to wash my face with cold water and I proceed with Neutrogena's  Blackheads Eliminating Daily Scrub. This scrub is very gentle and does not make the skin dry, but it leaves it feeling soft instead.
 3. The last step is again to take a little bit of my eye gel and delicately spread it.
